Nora Carpenter serves as the Senior Associate, Sales and Operations at Prime Chief of Staff where she implements systems and data structures that empower her colleagues to deliver excellent client experiences.

With a breadth of experience in fundraising, non-profit administration, and strategic planning, Nora is a versatile problem solver who enjoys honing workflows to ensure optimal efficiency and maximum community benefit. Before joining Prime, Nora was a fundraiser at the Foundation for Endodontics, the Michigan Science Center, and Michigan State University. Combining her acumen for relationship building and obsession with information and data, Nora loves finding ways for Prime to deliver concordant client experiences and outcomes.

Nora studied the arts and humanities and organizational management at Michigan State University where she was a Kalamazoo Promise scholar. Nora is passionate about many things--she is an avid crafter, a dedicated yogi, a loyal friend, and an empowered member of her communities.
