Kelsey Stines serves as Director of Client Service at Prime Chief of Staff, where she is focused on managing the successful delivery of Prime’s critical service offerings. Before joining Prime, Kelsey worked as a Chief of Staff at Vibrant Health, a health care center in Kansas City. It was during this time Kelsey became fascinated by the Chief of Staff role, seeing first-hand how it can elevate the principal by executing their vision. As Chief of Staff, Kelsey led strategic projects, including a clinic acquisition and implementation of new lines of business, and had oversight for marketing, community outreach and federal compliance. Prior to Vibrant Health, Kelsey worked at Cerner Corporation, where she had the opportunity to manage the company’s innovative employee wellness program for 30,000 global employees. Earlier in her career at Cerner, Kelsey was responsible for executing the largest annual client event, bringing in 14,000 clients from across the globe.
Kelsey holds an Executive MBA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and has an undergraduate degree in health administration from Truman State University. Kelsey is active in non-profit organizations that support women’s rights and equal access to health care for the community.
