Hannah Baise serves as the Director of Placement at Prime Chief of Staff, where she spearheads the placement process and delivers exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

With a breadth of experience in recruiting, education, and empathetic leadership, Hannah is a creative problem solver who enjoys cultivating relationships to ensure optimal efficiency and a personally tailored placement experience.

Before joining Prime, Hannah was a Program Manager with AmeriCorps, where she used her strengths to take on the role of a recruiter, employee relations coordinator, and data specialist. Hannah has also served as a middle school science and math teacher. She credits this role for sharpening her work ethic, love of human relationships, and advocacy of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

With her love of customer service and empathetic leadership, Hannah loves making the placement process seamless for clients and candidates.

Hannah studied financial planning at Ohio State University, where she was a leader in her service fraternity, Alpha Phi Omega. Hannah loves to try new hobbies and is an avid traveler. After business hours, you can find Hannah at her ax-throwing league, lightsaber fencing classes, learning how to speak Dutch, or jetting off to a national park for the weekend.
